On the Dead Pool stage, using any character, when it is time to finish your opponent hold Low Kick and Low Punch, get next to him [while holding LK+LP], hold Down and hit High Punch.
Fight Smoke
Fight on the Portal Stage and when Dan Forden appears in the bottom right corner of the screen and yells "TOASTY!", immediatly press Down and Start at the same time. You will go to Goro's Lair to fight Smoke.
If you want to get to Smoke the easy way; at the Character Select screen press Up, Left, Up, Up, Right, Select very quickly.
Fight Jade
When you are in the match that is just before the "?" on the match chart, win one round using only Low Kicks and without Blocking. You will fight against Jade on your next kombat.

Fight Noob Saibot
You must win 50 fights in a row in a two-player game, then you will go to Goro's Lair to fight Noob Saibot.
If you want to get to Noob Saibot the easy way; at the Character Select screen press Left, Up, Down, Down, Right, Select very quickly.
Play Pong
Fight 250 matches consecutively, and you can play Pong.
Fight Kintaro
If you want to get to Kintaro the easy way; at the Character Select screen press Up, Down, Down, Right, Right, Select very quickly.
Fight Shao Kahn
If you want to get to Shao Kahn the easy way; at the Character Select screen press Right, Up, Up, Right, Left, Select very quickly.
Note:
Friendships and babalities can only be done if you don't use any punches in the winning round of the match. That includes special moves that have a punch button as part of the move. You can only use kicks.
